Job Role: Managing Director
Location: UK / Hybrid – 2/3 days in our London office
Salary: £170,000+ DoE per annum
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

As Managing Director of Axco, part of Wilmington plc, you'll take full responsibility for the performance, strategy and growth of a business trusted by insurers, brokers and reinsurers around the world. With complete P&L accountability, you'll lead a team of recognised industry experts and help shape the next phase of Axco's success.
We're looking for a commercially driven leader who can build on Axco's strong market position and identify new opportunities for growth. You'll strengthen customer relationships, drive product innovation, expand into new markets and ensure the business continues to deliver the high-quality insight our customers rely on.
You'll work closely with teams across the business to create a culture where commercial ambition and specialist expertise go hand in hand. You'll inspire people, make confident decisions and ensure Axco continues to grow as a trusted, market-leading brand within Wilmington plc.
