Job Role: Head of Sales
Location: Hybrid/Cardiff office days per week
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum DoE plus up to 20% commission
Contract Type: Permanent, full time

Main Purpose of the Role:
The Head of Sales will implement and execute strategic plans, optimise sales processes, drive team performance, and ensure strong alignment across sales, marketing, and service delivery functions. This role is integral to achieving business goals and maintaining high client satisfaction across all sales channels.
