Interactive Medica (Part of Wilmington's I&D division) provides web-based software applications that enable Life Sciences companies to effectively manage their sales, marketing and medical resources and collaborate with healthcare providers to provide better outcomes both commercially and for patients.

Main Purpose of Role

You will be giving support to existing customers, both on demand and proactively, making sure the implemented systems perform optimally, ensuring the SLAs are met. You will also be engaging and  participating in client implementations.


  • You will be supervising daily routines and processes to assure the smooth running of clients tools taking action on any implementations needed ensuring standard processes are followed and delivered.
  • Your experience will support in identifying and implementing quality improvements
  • You will be advising and recommending appropriate client solutions and alternatives to ensure the best possible experience and outcome with IM is achieved
  • Build positive relationships with customer and report accurately on all operational and technical aspects of the customer’s maintenance
  • You will be exploring and contributing to the new ways of implementing IM technology
  • Directly handling Client accounts to be sure the deliver solutions perform successfully ensuring the contract in place is committed.

Skills and Experience Required

You will also need;

  • Experience in the same or similar role
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field

  • Language Skills English B2 or higher.
  • Problem solver
  • Passionate about achieving excellent Client satisfaction and Client intimacy
  • High knowledge in regard to web-based technology and related products (.NET based development, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL server and transact SQL.)
  • Capable of judging the required resources and timescales for the completion of client and other projects.
  • Customer facing with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
