Sales Account Executive – Hybrid

 

Location: Hybrid / London, Whitechapel, E1 8QS

Salary: Up to £40,000, including OTE

Each year we deliver over 4,500 live, interactive training courses and qualifications, training 10,000’s of professionals from a wide range of industries from financial services to central and local government bodies in specialist legal literacy training for non-lawyers. Main Purpose of Role

Bond Solon operate within five main business areas: 

  • Witness Familiarisation
  • Health, Social Care and Safeguarding
  • Expert Witness
  • Investigations, Intelligence and Covert
  • HR and People Development

In this Sales Account Executive (internally known as a Training Consultant) role, supported by and excellent marketing function, you will partner clients within the Witness Familiarisation business area.  Reporting to the director of the business unit, you will;

  • Assume responsibility for the management of several of the top UK and international law firms and the accounts they hold with us.
  • Professionally manage incoming sales enquiries and bookings, whilst also generating new business with firms both at home and abroad.
  • Consistently develop and champion long-term relationships with key decision makers at your accounts.

Bond Solon has a very collaborative, friendly, and professional sales and marketing team. We are looking for somebody who will enhance our existing team and who will be able to work well with colleagues across all five business areas.

 

The successful candidate will need to be a proven account manager, with an excellent consultative approach to selling, who is able to develop rapport with clients, delivering excellent service and constantly seeking new ways to win business from new and existing clients.

 

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
  • Successful record of cold calling
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • B2B experience desirable but not essential
  • Track record of upselling and cross-selling
  • Generating own leads
  • Can build strong relationships with decision makers
  • Comfortable winning new business and closing deals averaging between £2,000 - £20,000 per deal
  • Be comfortable introducing our products and services to new and existing clients
  • Negotiation skills 

Knowledge of the legal industry is desirable but not essential.
