ICA is the leading professional body for the global regulatory and financial crime compliance community. Since 2001, ICA has enhanced the knowledge, skills and behaviour of over 150,000 professionals all over the world either through their internationally-recognised portfolio of professional qualifications and training.

Main Purpose of Role

Your role will be to coordinate the administration of a portfolio of ICA qualifications. It will also support the wider work of the team and the other products and services that we offer.


The work will include the production of assessment materials (assignment and examination papers), the allocation of the marking for ICA qualifications and the release of results to candidates.


You will assist in the production of candidate references, processing supplier invoices and the issuing of candidate certificates.


You will work with an in-house database for the recording and release of assessment results.

Skills and Experience Required

We know it’s not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the role’s location by the start of their employment.


You will also need;


  • Solid administration experience ideally in a similar role
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Methodical, best-practise approach to project management and servicing customer requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • A positive and friendly approach to customers
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer services
  • The ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
