    Main Purpose of Role

    As a FRA Conference Producer you will be responsible for the business research, project management, project planning and execution of educational conferences and/or webinars across the US. 


    As someone who is experienced in conference production and conference management, through your comprehensive research and compilation of intellectual content, you will ensure that delegates find attendance beneficial and are therefore keen to attend further events as a result.


    You will also structure your conference agendas correctly and ensure that you select and invite high-level speakers to provide insights and relevant content.


    Your remit will also include copywriting the promotional materials and ensuring that each conference you have in your portfolio, has strang attendance and runs at a profit.

    Skills and Experience Required

    We know it’s not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the role’s location by the start of their employment.


    You will also need;

    • Experience in the same or similar role
    • A college degree
    • Ability to transform research into high-performing conference agendas
    • Top-notch research and analytical abilities
    • Talent for assimilating complex information quickly
    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Exceptional time management skills - ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Ability to effectively interview high-level industry executives by phone
