Why do we want you?
We want you because you are an exceptional CIPP qualified Payroll Manager with international payroll experience.
You'll be working in a small but perfectly formed payroll team of 2 in this role and your remit will be international payroll covering the processing of approximately 200 staff via a number of different payrolls. The countries will include the US, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands and Malaysia but we're a growing company so that may increase further.
Your role will be to ensure that staff on all payrolls are paid accurately and on-time, in accordance with a variety of pay dates and obviously making sure all statutory and voluntary deductions from pay are made accurately and in a timely way.
You'll be covering the UK payroll processing in the absence of your team member but thats not your main focus.
It would be really helpful if you have experience of running payroll in Spain but if not, international experience is essential.
It goes without saying that you'll have fantastic attention to detail and you'll be diligent in your approach to devising and implementing regular audit checks in advance of annual audit process.
There is obviously more to this role such as GDPR compliance and reporting but we don't want to bog you down with too much text.
If you are up for a challenge and believe you are the payroll expert we need to keep our employees happy, why not apply now and see where it take you.
We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...
