    Job Role: LMS Administrator

    Location: Whitechapel Building, London E1

    Salary:  Up to £24,000 (DoE)

    Main Purpose of Role

    So, what will you be doing....?


    Your role will be to support in all aspects of maintaining and improving our Learning Management System (LMS). That means you'll be solving technical problems, continually looking for improvement by testing new ways of working and new approaches, delivering on administrative tasks carried out on the system such as account creation, providing general tech support and assisting in the delivery of our global webinars.


    There's more too it but then we start getting into the real technical stuff like assisting in providing SCORM content so we'll talk to you about that if we invite you in to meet us.


    We operate globally so you'll find yourself with plenty of challenging situations to get stuck in to and solve in this job and you'll have ample opportunity to learn and shadow our fantastic Technical team, which includes all sorts of specialisms and experiences.

    Skills and Experience Required

    We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...


    We know it’s not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment


    • The ability to problem solve IT application issues
    • Enthusiastic team player
    • Experience working in an office environment


    • Experience of using an internal LMS system
    • IT knowledge, preferably with an IT related degree
    • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
    • Ability to test, diagnose, resolve, document and communicate technical issues
    • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
    • Experience managing multiple projects within varying deadlines and requirements
    • Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and HTML preferred but not essential
    • Knowledge of SCORM preferred but not essential
