    Job Role: Salesforce Support Executive
    Location: Leicester, LE19

    Salary:  up to £30,000 (DoE)

    Reporting to the Director for Business Systems, this role is part of the team which provides vision, and project leadership across all aspects of our Financial and Sales systems.

    Main Purpose of Role

    In this job role, your main purpose will be to provide day to day support to Salesforce users, primarily supporting our Professional/Accountancy division which is head quartered in our office in Leicester.  Our key brand in Accountancy is “Mercia” (https://www.mercia-group.co.uk/). The deployment of Salesforce into this group is a key corporate priority – this role will play a crucial role in the success of this deployment.

     

    You will need to be someone who enjoys driving adoption and best practice in Salesforce through the support that you offer and the provision of reports and analysis supporting change and innovation.

     

    On a daily basis you will work closely with our colleagues and senior business leaders managing their ongoing support requests and administrative needs. 

    You will also assist in maintenance of system documentation and policies/procedures and will communicate regularly with the business in order to provide support, information and training on new features and functionality, as well as the training of new colleagues.

    Skills and Experience Required

    You will also need;

    • Experience in the same or similar role
    • Advanced Salesforce reporting expertise
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Proven documentation skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
    • Experience of reporting writing and dashboard creation on the Salesforce platform
    • Experience of end-user training
