Job Role: Social Media and PR Manager

We want you because you're an influencer Marketer who specialises in social media, public relations (PR), SEO, copywriting and all things digital marketing.
The International Compliance Association (ICA) is a professional body and the leading global provider of professional qualifications and training in anti money laundering, compliance and financial crime prevention. And we have impressive plans for further growth across our offices in Dubai and Singapore and leafy Sutton Coldfield which is our head office and where this role will be based (although international travel is a real possibility).
We are now on the lookout for someone who can develop our social media platforms, grow our social media footprint and enhance our earned media opportunities through PR.
You'll need to be someone who is creative and a great copy-writer, self-motivated, with excellent social media and media relations skills as well as a natural ability to connect with online audiences. It's a fast paced environment so you'll need to enjoy working under pressure as well as loving the idea of using your creative skills to contribute ideas.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications you will be responsible for raising our international profile through the development of social media and PR strategies, content and campaigns execution as well as by forging effective relationships with key journalists and influencers.
We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...
