So, what will you be doing...?
On a day to day basis your overall responsibilities in this job role will be to coordinate the administration of ICA’s apprenticeship end-point assessment services so ideally, it would be great if you have experience within the apprenticeship or education arena.
You will also support the wider work of the team and the other qualifications that we offer including things like; production of assessment materials (assignment and examination papers), the allocation of the marking for ICA qualifications, assisting in the production of candidate references, processing supplier invoices the issuing of candidate certificates.
You'll be recording and releasing assessment results via our in-house database so you'll need to be fully IT literate and competent in the use of a CRM system.
We're a small but perfectly formed team so team work and the ability to muck in are key competencies we need.
This is a new role so you'll need experience within a customer service job function ideally within an environment where you have had to develop excellent organisation, prioritisation and timekeeping abilities along with managing multiple relationships with very busy professional people.
This is an international job role working with students and training organisations across the globe so its going to keep you really busy. You'll get a structured induction programme which will help you understand our agile and interesting business and your role within it fully before we give you the reins and let you get stuck in.
