So, what would you be doing…?
The primary purpose of this role is to manage a specific group of key Pharmaceutical companies, with responsibility for developing relationships across the account to identify new business opportunities, and increase engagement with current services:
We're looking for an experienced BDM who can expand the reach of our services throughout our client base. You'll need to be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including: Marketing, Brand/Product teams, Medical, Market access, commercial and sales managers and Learning and Development teams in order to develop the offering along with identifying client’s needs, and ensure alignment of each of the services to the client’s sales and marketing activities. This is a truely consultative sales role!
You will be developing develop strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that WHC are positioned as a leading healthcare insights company.
It goes without saying that you'll be someone who thrieves on a challenge and is able to quickly develop a full understanding of the product portfolio to offer comprehensive solutions to our customers.
You'll need to have worked in a similar role as we're looking for someone who can demonstrate commercial responsibility for maximising penetration of each account and increasing revenues in their previous employers. Achieving sales targets and activity key performance indicators (KPI’s) will need to be something that makes you jump out of bed in the morning with a smile on your face.
