    Main Purpose of Role

So, what would you be doing…?

In short, this is an entry level admin based role which will suit someone highly organised and keen to learn and progress in a learning and development environment.

You will be assisting with the administration involved in all aspects of developing training course materials and products for our global client teams including those based in New York, London and Hong Kong.  This could involve things like rebranding (we use inDesign which is a bit like Photoshop), tweeking materials and listing modules in PowerPoint making them look interesting and funky.

You'll also be helping the eLearning team to populate and edit courses on the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) so experience of similar would be extremely useful as would an interest in IT or problem solving IT issues as some of us aren't as IT savvy as we would like.

You'll be working in a fantastic team of 5.  We're a pretty sociable bunch so you'll need to be fairly outgoing and happy with a bit of fun banter.  Don't get us wrong, we work hard but lets be honest, we also like to have fun.

This role is a fantastic foundation for someone looking for a step into the world of things like events management, training design and delivery and even project management.
