    Main Purpose of Role

    Are you a graduate/ post graduate looking for an opportunity to get some real work experience with a Senior Leadership Team in a supportive, collaborative and innovative company?

    You’ll be uniquely placed to gain an understanding of how a Senior Leadership Team run a business and at the same time, you’ll get the chance to develop your skills in business, project and stakeholder management. 


    So, if you join us, what will you be doing…?

    In this job role each day will be different.  You’ll be involved in all aspects of the business because you’ll be supporting the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team with their goal to develop and grow the business.


    This 12 month placement will allow you to get stuck in straight away and therefore to maximise your time in the role and leave you with invaluable experience to help underpin your future career.


    Other elements of the role are;

    • Producing high quality, accurate and timely, correspondence, reports and presentations
    • Working on a variety of projects either running the project end-to-end or supporting a member of the leadership team
    • Complex and proactive diary management - organisation and management of the team’s diary commitments and time. This will also involve making travel arrangements when needed
    • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
    • Administrative support for the leadership team

    Skills and Experience Required

    We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...

    • Educated to graduate level or equivalent professional experience
    • Commercial and financial acumen (so a business related degree may be helpful)
    • A thorough understanding of the need for stakeholder/client/business confidentiality
    • Confident and professional manner with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships and interact at all levels
    • Adaptable and open to change showing a willingness and confidence to make suggestions for change where appropriate
    • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
    • Anticipate and identify potential problems and provide innovative solutions
    • A strong team player
    • Microsoft Office skills
