    Job Role: Sales Executive

    Location: Home based

    This role is available for local candidates already authorised to work in the role’s country only. 

    Closing Date:  *31st December 2018

     

    International Compliance Training (ICT) deliver training worldwide leading to the award of the International Compliance Association's professional qualifications in governance, risk and compliance, anti money laundering and financial crime prevention.

     

    We deliver customised training that leads to the award of ICA's professional qualifications and provide bespoke training solutions, learning consultancy and audit services worldwide.

    Main Purpose of Role

    That's easy.  We want you because of your sales expertise and experience.  We want you to help us to continue to grow our business through identifying sales leads and developing client relationships.

     

    So, what will you be selling…?

    As it says in our intro, ICT provide training for professional qualifications in hot topics such as governance, risk and compliance, anti money laundering and financial crime prevention, so, that's what you'll be selling. 

     

    You'll be building new business as well as managing existing, so you'll need to be adept at identifying and following up of new business opportunities, and setting up meetings, planning and preparing proposals and presentations, communicating our products to clients, writing reports and providing management with feedback.

     

    We don't want to bore you with a list of tasks, so if you're interested, have a background in business to business sales ideally with a link to financial services and are looking to work for an innovative, forward thinking organisation in a hot space, then why not apply.

    Skills and Experience Required

    We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...

     

    • The right to work or ability to obtain the right to work in the UK
    • Educated to degree level ideally with a business related degree or equivalent
    • A competent and experienced new business developer and key account manager with experience selling in to large blue chip organisations ideally within financial services
    • Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative and without supervision
    • Able to maintain a good working relationship with people at all levels
    • Results driven with experience of customer and key account business planning
    • An effective, experienced negotiator with strong business acumen and numerical ability
    • Adept at creating and delivering customer focussed solutions and impactful proposals
    • Experience of using a CRM system
