    Main Purpose of Role

    We are seeking an administrative assistant within the Global Operations department as a flexible resource within the team. You will be responsible for fulfilling both an administrative role but will also be a resource within the Production department ensuring our reports/products successfully move through the production processes., maintaining high morale and managing day to day tasks in an efficient and professional manner.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • General admin – emails, printing, filing etc
    • Liaising with a panel of consultants regarding travel schedules and planning
    • Maintaining databases
    • Maintaining online content using a content management system
    • Project management admin assistance
    • Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues.

     

     

     

    Skills and Experience Required

    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills / experience:

     

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Experience with a HTML based content management systems
    • A sharp eye for detail
    • High level of accuracy
    • Ability to work on several tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
    • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
    • Strong and clear communication skills
    • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes
    • Minimum 12 months office-based work experience.
