    Main Purpose of Role

    We are seeking a new Global Client Solutions Associate with strong client facing and presentation skills to join a dynamic and exciting team. The focus is to enhance our value propositions by having a deep and demonstrable knowledge of our products and services to complement our Client Development and Sales teams strengths. You will responsible for presentations, training material and helping with sales pitches in addition to lending a supporting role with our product development and research that Client Solutions undertakes. Client Solutions provides a vital part of the business working with all areas which allows individuals to peruse their interests and passions within the framework of the role.

    Key responsibilities include:

     

    • Work with Client Development, Sales and Marketing to promote and explain our products and services
    • Involved in the research, collation, organisation and input of the information required to maintain existing products and new content developments
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external agencies and partners.
    • Researching and responding to direct inquiries from clients.
    • Assisting the Client Solutions team with day to day tasks.
    • Being involved in new and existing product development projects.

     

    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills / experience:

     

    • 3+ years’ experience in multinational insurance
    • Experience with client facing conversations and pitches
      • Sales experience
    • Strong technical understanding
    • Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
    • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
    • Strong and clear communication skills with both internal team members, colleagues and clients
    • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes
    • Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure

    Skills and Experience Required

    • Self starter, team player, client centric
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organised / Detail orientated
    • High level of professionalism and willingness to demonstrate flexibility
    • An understanding and adherence to Axco’s core principles
    • Strong academic achievement, preferably university degree
    • Exposure to multinational insurance industry
