If you are an experienced Business Development Associate who has worked in a client facing role within a multinational insurance environment this could be the next challenge you have been looking for.
The key focus of this Business Development opportunity is to work with our Client Development, Sales and Marketing Teams to promote and explain our products and services to our customers utilising your strong presentation and influencing skills.
This exciting job role is more than just business development! You will also be involved in the research, collation, organisation and input of information required to maintain existing products and new content developments whilst establishing and maintaining relationships with external agencies, partners and clients.
You will need to be proficient at researching and responding to direct inquiries from clients and assisting the Client Solutions team with day to day tasks along with being heavily involved in new and existing product development projects.
Experience and confidence goes without saying as you will be involved in client facing conversations and pitches. Experience within a sales role is essential, as is strong insurance related technical knowledge and understanding.
This Business Development role will need someone who is able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges so you'll be a self motivated individual who is able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
Strong and clear communication ability with both internal team members, colleagues and clients is also a must as is the need for initiative and the ability to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes.
