    Main Purpose of Role

    The main purpose of the role is to work as part of the ICT operational team ensuring training programmes are of high quality and delivered to an excellent standard, whether an individual is studying with face-to-face tuition, on-line or as part of a team in-house. The Programme Co-ordinator is central to the smooth and efficient running of the programme from initial enquiry through to assessment. Following the operational processes and ensuring excellent customer service is achieved. The Programme Co-ordinator provides support to the Programme Manager and the Head of Operations.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    The Programme Co-ordinator is responsible for excellence in supporting all aspects of the programme.

     

    Student Management : Programme Co-ordinator is responsible, alongside the Head of Operations, Programme Manager and Marketing team for assisting potential students to make the right choice of programme and meet enrolment targets, maintaining a high level of customer support at all times via email, Live Chat and telephone.

     

    Processing enrolments and following up all prospective enquires within given timescales and encouraging potential students to study with ICT is an important aspect of this role. Programme Co-ordinators may be required to attend marketing events and to follow up with any enquiries generated either before or after the event.

     

    The Programme Co-ordinator is responsible in conjunction with Programme Manager and Course Director for enrolling students on to their Learning Management System (LMS) providing student support to students throughout their studies via telephone, email and LMS and moderating virtual classrooms to ensure they achieve the best possible learning experience.

     

    External partners who work with ICT and ICA are also important and it is the role of the Programme Co-ordinator to support them in their activities performing a professional, efficient and timely service in relation to enrolments, queries, invoices, reports and venues if necessary.

     

    Event Management: Programme Co-ordinator are responsible for organising the day to day administration of the programme ensuring all aspects are considered: processing programme enrolments; ensuring workshops are not under or oversubscribed and that workshop materials which accompany the programme are up to date and arrive in a timely manner; ensuring exam venues are in place and deal with any general enquiries and process any invoices as required.

    Responsible for collation of workshop feedback and producing feedback reports for circulation to Training and Education Team. Support Programme Managers in managing end of course assessment feedback process, proactively engaging with students to attain feedback; collating management information; arranging review meetings and setting targets for improvement.

     

    The Programme Co-ordinator is required to attend any timetabling meetings to discuss the scheduling of the programmes delivered on a public basis and to assist the in-house team on any scheduling related queries.

     

    Programme Co-ordinator may be required to attend off site workshops and events which may include travel outside of normal office hours.

     

    To be involved as required in further insight and research projects relating to new product launches or existing programmes.

    Patience and well organised as pressure, multi-tasking and the need to regularly meet tight deadlines are critical factors within this function
