    Main Purpose of Role

    To provide support within the company in ensuring timely issuing of invoices to clients and assisting with Purchase ledger and administration duties.

     

    ·         To assist in the collation of information  required to raise client invoices

    ·         To use the in-house systems to raise invoices for clients on a daily basis

    ·         To send invoices for clients daily

    ·         To request trainer expenses daily

    ·         Keep accounting records up to date

    ·         Maintain client invoicing requirements

    ·         Reconcile and code supplier invoices via Proactis payment system

    ·         Raise Credit notes in accordance with company policy

    ·         Investigate and resolve Client invoice queries and liaising with internal Credit Control team

    ·         Assist in the administration of expenses where necessary

    ·         Assist with any other duties as and when required

    Skills and Experience Required

     

    ·         A hard-working individual looking for an entry level or second Job in an accounts role in an office environment

    ·         Ability to work well under pressure and to manage and prioritise a busy workload

    ·         Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

    • Literate and confident in written and verbal communication

    ·         Numerate with attention to detail

    ·         Ability to work to strict deadlines

    ·         Proficient in using Microsoft Office

    ·         Intermediate level of Excel  - modifying and creating spreadsheets with formulas

    ·         Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
