    Main Purpose of Role

    We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Subscription team: to help us continue to grow our subscriber customer base and deliver new products to market, using high-value content, marketing automation, CRM technology, social media and digital/online marketing channels. Our customers include the UK’s leading pharmaceutical companies, medtech innovators, healthcare providers and health policy-makers.


    This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual, with expertise using the latest digital and marketing automation tools and technology in a highly commercial environment.




    • Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, using SEO, PPC, email and social media to increase site traffic across our digital subscriptions platforms/sites
    • Use content and pricing strategies to increase conversion from the sites
    • Exploit our marketing automation platform (Marketo) to deliver effective direct-campaigns
    • Develop lead nurture programmes to improve customer-insight and sales conversion rates
    • Track/measure marketing activities and customer touch-points, to measure ROI from marketing
    • Track customer engagement to improve our understanding of the customer journey
    • Leverage customer insight to acquire new customers and grow revenues

    Skills and Experience Required



    • 5 years B2B or B2C digital marketing experience
    • Demonstrable PPC and SEO expertise, with performance metrics and examples of campaigns
    • Experience using social channels for marketing, with case studies and examples
    • Web analytics (Webtrends, Google Analytics or equivalent)
    • Social Media campaign management (Sprout, Hootsuite etc…)
    • Marketing automation experience (Marketo/Pardot/Eloqua or similar)
    • Sales CRM and marketing databases (SalesForce, MS Dynamics or similar)
    • Subscriptions experience highly desirable
    • Technical skills and experience such as SQL, HTML, CSS, GA highly desirable
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau
    • Experience marketing products where the sales/transactions are online (e-commerce)
    • Experience working with sales teams (sales-closed transactions) also desirable
