    Main Purpose of Role

    As an experienced PA/Secretary you will provide senior level high quality executive secretarial and administrative support to the Wilmington Healthcare Leadership Team and the Commercial Management Team.


    You will need to be experienced in providing comprehensive diary management and assisting with preparation and coordination of presentations decks ensuring your team are prepared and ready for any meetings they attend.


    There will also be an element of support when it comes to reports too so you will need to be comfortable and experienced in collating, drafting and sense checking reports and the corresponding data.  


    The team travel, so you will need to be confident and competent in managing travel plans, agendas and reservations.  


    The nature of this role and its stakeholders mean that the role requires total accuracy and absolute confidentiality at all times. 


    Some other areas requiring support are listed below;

    • Raising of supplier purchase orders, ensuring correct cost coding is applied for budgeting
    • Minute taking at meetings across the Wilmington Healthcare sites
    • Completion of out of pocket expenses and credit card purchases for the Leadership Team
    • Updating performance and KPI reports
    • Booking and co-ordination of lunches
    • Supporting the wider team

    Skills and Experience Required

    You will need;


    • This role is available for local candidates already authorised to work in the role’s country only. Wilmington Plc will not provide relocation or sponsorship for this role.
    • Extensive experience in a PA/Secretary role supporting Senior Management/Director
    • Capacity to juggle conflicting priorities and demands
    • Ability to record and write accurate, concise minutes of meetings and to maintain high accuracy and work quality standards in general
    • Maintain confidentiality of information, written or spoken, with regards to all employee matters
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead whilst still being able to adjust to constantly changing work priorities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment
    • Outstanding, best in class Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
    • Knowledge of technology for document processing and control (e.g. OneDrive, SharePoint)
