    Main Purpose of Role

    Acting as the Finance Business Partner for the Risk division and Shared Services departments your key tasks will involve:

     

    • Work closely with the Risk business MDs and the Executive Committee to set annual budgets and monthly forecasts
    • Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts, review these accounts with the relevant MDs / Department Heads
    • Financial modelling around business cases, group’s projects and cost allocations
    • Lead monthly board meetings with the CFO, CEO and Executive committee
    • Ad hoc financial analysis for the CFO and Deputy CFO, for example, mapping out potential scenarios regarding the roll out of the group’s learning management system
    • Business partnering support for the Group’s acquisitions and disposals

    Skills and Experience Required

    • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
    • Demonstratable experience partnering with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders
    • Confident, capable and credible with effective communication, influencing and persuasiveness skills
    • Skills to work in an international, fast paced and dynamic organisation
    • Excellent presentation and organisation skills
    • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads accordingly
    • Not essential but experience in any of the below areas would be advantageous
      • Project accounting
      • Working in a listed entity’s finance function
      • SUN accounting system
      • Working at a B2B company
