    Main Purpose of Role

    We are looking for a confident multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. Candidates should be able to prioritise and manage workload effectively, while ensuring exceptional levels of accuracy and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. This position is working 37 hours a week, ideally you will be local to the area and have experience of working within a busy office environment.


    You need to be proficient with MS Word and PowerPoint, using the advanced features to format documents to a very high level.


    Skills and Experience Required


    • Accurate production and coordination of document formatting and print requests
    • Excellent technical skills across all Microsoft Packages including, Word and PowerPoint
    • Ability to organise information in a logical and structured fashion
    • Follow internal processes, prioritise and adapt to changing workloads
    • Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively and meet deadlines
    • Capable of working on multiple projects
    • Ability to learn new things quickly
    • Outstanding attention to detail
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a professional office setting, providing formatting and/or word processing services.

     It would be advantageous but not essential to have experience using Adobe InDesign, knowledge of creating print ready PDF’s and working with commercial printers.
