    Main Purpose of Role

    Good data is key to the continuing success of Bond Solon. We wish to provide our clients with targeted, useful information which will inform and add value, as well as alerting them to new product offerings.

     

    This role is therefore extremely important in that the successful candidate will maintain and expand upon the current data and profiling of clients and prospective clients, to ensure we are able to accurately communicate with our client base.

     

    In addition, the role will entail working closely with the Sales and Marketing Departments at Bond Solon to assist with providing data for marketing and information campaigns.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and monitor the collecting and processing of data from training courses delivered
    • Exporting data into spreadsheets for marketing projects
    • Advising the Marketing Manager and Sales Consultants on the data we collect and hold
    • Profiling our clients in order to analyse client demographics, trends etc. in order to understand the needs of our current and potential clients
    • Ensuring and reporting on GDPR compliance. This includes bringing together data from various sources to monitor how engaged our clients and potential clients are
    • Identify priority areas for effectively and efficiently collecting, cleansing and improving data, and managing these projects

    Skills and Experience Required

    • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a data or administrative role
    • IT literate with good Excel skills
    • Understands how a CRM works (ideally Salesforce)
    • Proven ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines
    • You will have excellent analytical skills and a methodological approach to planning and task-management
    • You will be enthusiastic, flexible and reliable
    • You will have excellent organisational skills, good time management, attention to detail and commitment to high quality service delivery
    • Will have the ability to work closely and effectively with other departments to meet the goals of the business
    • You will a self-starter, able to take ownership of the role and will be able to multi-task when required
