    Main Purpose of Role

    Researching social security and typical employee benefits practices in 69 countries, including social security, group pensions, life, medical and disability protection and other perquisites.

    Reviewing existing reports in their entirety, identifying data in need of review, and then updating such areas.

    Checking reviews conducted by other team members.

    Skills and Experience Required

    Experience: Must have employee benefits experience, ideally international, including some or all of retirement, death, sickness, disability and medical benefits.

    Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in international employee benefits is required such that the candidate achieves job satisfaction and derives enjoyment from the reviewing and checking process.

    Writing: Ability to create appropriate text to be blended into existing database reports.

    Attention to detail: Our database reports include many finite details which require careful line by line checking

    Strong computer skills: Such that the candidate can navigate around unfamiliar and non-English websites and has a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word.
