What the team do
We recruit and support graduates wanting to develop their skills, knowledge and experience while studying for their professional accountancy qualification in small and medium sized accountancy firms in London and the South East.
We provide a full recruitment service for the firms and then continue to support the graduates while they study for their professional qualifications and monitor their progress.
What we’re looking for
A friendly, customer focused and organised administrator with high levels of attention to detail. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be comfortable talking to clients, training providers, professional bodies and graduates on the phone, face to face or by email.
We are a small team so the ability to be flexible, prioritise your workload when you have conflicting pressures and confidently make decisions is a must. Although we’re a small team we are part of a bigger company, so we need a team player who can effectively work with colleagues based in our other locations.
