    At Mercia we are currently seeing an experienced e-Learning Digital Content Developer to be responsible for the development of our online training content and materials.

    Main Purpose of Role

    This is a really exciting, autonomous job role for someone to be instrumentail in supporting our training, development and lecturing teams to achieve our abitious 2020 vision for online education.

     

    As our e-Learning / Digital Content Developer you will be the go to person for the creation of e-learning programmes, including interactive learning and webinars, using software such as Adobe Connect, Articulate 360 and Kaltura and RISE.

     

    You'll be collaborating with course writers, e-learning platform developers, managers and clients, interpreting feedback and requests in order to create innovative, high quality e-learning/interactive learning programmes using graphics, video and audio editing packages where appropriate.

     

    You'll also be responsible for uploading and maintaining content to our Learning Management System to ensure its always up to date and topical so an understanding of an LMS is required.

    Skills and Experience Required

    You will need;

    • Experience in a similar role creating content for e-learning programmes, including interactive learning and webinars
    • Experience with online learning tools, platforms and software such as Adobe Connect, Articulate 360 and Kaltura and RISE
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Experience in project management
