    Job Role:  Digital Learning Administrator 

    Location: Leicester, United Kingdom

    This role is available for local candidates already authorised to work in the role’s country only.

    Main Purpose of Role

    We want you because you want to develop your skills in digital learning and gain real on the job experience.   We are also offering a Level 3 Digital Learning Design Apprenticeship qualification.

     

    What will you be doing?

    You will be involved in creating digital content using a range of formats and software such as Adobe Connect, Articulate 360, Kaltura and RISE. If you don’t know how to use these don’t worry, full training will be given.

     

    You will a part of the Mercia Training team who are a friendly and supportive team  responsible for all aspects of Mercia’s training provision, including over 2,000 face to face courses around the UK as well as more than 250 online courses.

     

    Day to day you will have responsibility for;

    • Production of online learning including video, e-learning modules and webinars
    • Managing content on a Learning Management System
    • Updating and maintaining course content on our website
    • Assisting with the production of live webinars

    Skills and Experience Required

    We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...

     

    • The right to work or ability to obtain the right to work in the UK
    • An interest in elearning
    • A positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn
    • A team player who is prepared to get “stuck in”
    • Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office
    • Good communication skills
    • Attention to detail
