    Quorum Training is a provider of bespoke business and finance training courses for professionals. We specialise in accounting and finance, tax, banking, VAT, business operations, financial markets and corporate treasury, delivering bespoke in-house and public training programmes.     Main Purpose of Role

    We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to support our Quorum Training and Mercia technical support teams.  Mercia and Quorum both operate from an office located in the outskirts of Leicester. The role is split between the two business areas for a fixed six month contract period.

     

    Quorum Training deliver courses, designed specifically for business and finance professionals. We cover Accounting and Finance, Financial Markets and Corporate Treasury, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Charities, Taxation and VAT. The courses are designed to be both practical and interactive and are run as public open sessions with the option of also having them delivered as bespoke onsite training. We offer courses that would suit everyone, from new starters in companies, through to CEOs and those working in more specialised areas.

     

    Responsibilities of role:

     

    Liaising with clients and trainers before, during and after events to provide support where necessary

     

    Overseeing course material production to ensure materials sent and received

     

    Administration of invoices and credit notes through Salesforce CRM (no accounting knowledge required)

     

    Monitoring course numbers and liaising with venue booking team

     

    Supporting Business Development Manager to identify and contact potential and new clients

     

    Client support provided via telephone, email and online chat for training events, purchasing of technical manuals or peer review reports

     

    Maintain/Update CRM Systems

     

    Client administration including order processing, technical query administration, temporary suspension of subscriptions, dealing with client mergers and subscription transfers

    Supporting the administration process for peer review reports including checking amendments on those reports

    Assisting with office post

    Assisting with mailings
