    Main Purpose of Role

     

    Responsibilities:

    • The main purpose of the role is to maintain and develop Binleys data, through constant review and improvement.
    • To maintain a quality at a rate across all projects of no higher than a 2% error rate across all data processed data processed.
    • To meet 100% of KPI’s as required by the various product /project KPI’s.
    • To liaise with health care professionals, NHS and Local Authority Executives at all levels.

     

    Other responsibilities include:

    • To undertake telephone, desk and web research and capture results into the Binleys Core Data in order to continually update, enhance and improve Binleys Core Products in line with the product schedule.
    • Driven by CRM validation requests, undertake telephone, desk and web research and capture results, to continually update, enhance and improve Binleys Data.  Log and report findings through the CRM UI.

    This is not an exhaustive list of duties and the research and data collection assistant may be required to carry out other roles, commensurate to their ability.

    Skills and Experience Required

     

     

    Qualification/Attainments:

    • 5 GCSE’s A-C grades to include Maths and English or equivalent 

    Skills:

    • Good verbal communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
    • Excellent telephone manner
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Proven organisational skills
    • Good written communication skills
    • Eye for detail 
    • Multi-task ability
    • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
    • Can-do attitude

     

    Experience:

    • Proven experience of outbound cold calling is essential, coupled with the handling of data held on a database.

     

    Knowledge:
