Main Purpose of Role

  • To collect due diligence data on clients in preparation for on-boarding.
  • To collect and collate such information as is required for record-keeping purposes.
  • To collect data for monitoring purposes.
  • To liaise with auditing teams and clients for the purpose of scheduling on-site visits.
  • To provide administrative support to the Certification Committee.
  • To provide administrative support to the Director and to the Manager.
  • To contribute to the on-going development of ICA’s Audit division.

Skills and Experience Required



  • Eperience of administration of due diligence processes
  • Experience in a secretarial function preparing:
    • Agendas
    • Documents and reports from audits
    • Other materials/resources.
    • Clerical activities including:
      • creating and maintaining client files
      • conducting monitoring activities on clients
      • creating and maintaining auditor profiles and records
      • the production of certificates as required
      • other activities by exception.
  • Experience supporting training of practitioners, which includes administration of an LMS.
  • Educated to degree level or having substantial administrative experience and relevant qualifications.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience including:
    • Knowledge of, and experience in using, MS Office.
    • Producing user-friendly records of quantitative and qualitative data.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Good team-working skills.
    • Able to take and act on instruction appropriately without further direction. 
    • Carry out a variety of general clerical and administrative duties necessary to meet the strategic objectives of ICA’s Audit division.
    • Work in an energetic and high-pressure environment.
    • Have positively contributed  to resolving issues that arise in an administrative role or setting.
    • Conducted work with a professional approach and demeanour.
