The research and data collection assistant role is available on a six month fixed term contract.
The main purpose of this role:
-To undertake telephone, desk and web research and capture results into the Binleys Core Data in order to continually update, enhance and improve Binleys Core Products in line with the product schedule.
-Driven by CRM validation requests, undertake telephone, desk and web research and capture results, to continually update, enhance and improve Binleys Data. Log and report findings through the CRM UI.
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and the research and data collection assistant may be required to carry out other roles, commensurate to their ability.
All roles should maintain a quality of no more than a 2% error rate and meet 100% of KPI’s in all products.
