Main Purpose of Role

As a Commercial Support Executive; you will play a key administrative role in supporting the sales teams, processing all orders that reach the company from online sources, along with orders generated by sales representatives or telesales staff across Wilmington Healthcare.



  • Generating customer invoices
  • Processing orders from vayring sources
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop and maintain sales and call reports utilising SalesForce
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Report any deviations to sales targets
  • Stay up to date with new products and features and their deferral process
  • Co-ordinating creation of products on SalesForce
  • Co-ordinating improvements to SalesForce system
  • Managing queries in the Wilmington Healthcare Support inbox and within SLA
  • Working with the Wilmington Finance team to resolve queries within SLA
  • Reception cover as required
  • Responsible for petty cash
  • BOL auto renewals
  • Co-ordinating non-renewal letters and reports
  • Setting up online subscriptions and trials and communicating effectively with the client
  • Arranging lunches for client/management team meetings
  • Handling event queries and bookings
  • Wilmington Healthcare online weekly banking
  • Report writing
  • Invoice reconciliations


Skills and Experience Required

The expectation is you will be multi-skilled in order to cover your colleagues in the Commercial Support team in their absence.

You will have an exceptional attention to detail to ensure high level of efficiencies are maintained as standard.


The ability to multi-task is essential in this extremely busy environment, along with the ability to deliver a high output to achieve the team SLA.


You will provide administrative support to the Wilmington Healthcare Management team, in the form of assisting with the creation of reports, collating information and taking minutes at meetings. Organising lunches and arranging travel and accommodation where necessary. Responsibility of petty cash.


The expectation is you will be multi-skilled in order to cover your colleagues in the Commercial Support team in their absence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications at all levels
  • Well versed in IT skills: Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce (or comparable CRM system)
