    Main Purpose of Role

    The main purpose of this role is to support the day to day system and user requirements of Salesforce and to drive adoption and best practice in Salesforce through this support, and the provision of reports and analysis.

     

    Responsibilities will include:

     

    • Provide advanced day to day system and user support
    • Assist users in creating reports and dashboards, providing them with the knowledge and tools to write their own reports
    • Produce and maintain a portfolio of reports to monitor and promote user adoption
    • Work with businesses to monitor usage and advocate best practice
    • Identify areas of improvement and work with the affected businesses
    • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality
    • Continuously monitor data quality and integrity and perform data tasks such as de-duping and data cleansing
    • Assist in the creation of new products, new users and reassigning opportunities and accounts
    • Assist in the maintenance of user guides
    • Provide post deployment support
    • Contribute to driving adoption
    • Assist in the development of training plans
    • Deliver training sessions and refreshers as required
    • Other duties as required

    Skills and Experience Required

    Skills:

    • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and specifically its reporting functionality
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Proven documentation skills
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft office
    • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally

    Experience:

    • Experience of reporting writing and dashboard creation on the Salesforce platform
    • Experience of supporting a system and its users
