Main Purpose of Role

The Major Account Sales Manager works primarily with Compliance Week’s premier subscriber accounts. The responsibility of this role is to identify new accounts and to sell related subscription services, along with upgrades, renewals and delegate sales for conference attendance.

 

The Major Account Manager role includes the following duties:

  • Develop new business from larger corporate Multi-User accounts.
  • Develop relationships and renewals with Multi-User clients
  • Provide premium customer service when needed and work closely with Account Services Team.
  • Cultivate leads utilizing cold calls, email, phone, social media with the goal of converting leads to paid subscribers
  • Sell other products such as delegate attendance, career sites, event listings etc.
  • Develop Attend industry networking events

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experienced in Salesforce, forecasting and pipeline development.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Proficient in cold calling, prospecting and building pipeline
