To act in a wide-ranging professional support role, with the Marketing & Communications Manager (MCM), to the Senior Managers (SM) and Managing Director (MD) ensuring the effective marketing and communications of all STEP programmes and other courses and to contribute to the successful delivery of the overall business goals through the development and implementation of a marketing and communications strategy.
To maintain all operational aspects of CLT International’s marketing and communications and to contribute to the overall requirements of the business.
· Marketing Operations
o To support the development of all professional qualifications and training initiatives by conducting market/industry research.
o To create, implement and coordinate marketing activity including the creation and distribution of soft and hardcopy mailings.
o To support the development and delivery of all marketing events including both UK and International open evenings and programme related briefing sessions.
o To maintain and develop all digital assets including internal and external websites, and social media channels.
o To measure, analyse and calculate the success of marketing activity using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
· Data Maintenance and reporting
o To enter relevant data into the organisations CRM (Salesforce) and other related systems.
o To assist with the auditing of the organisation’s data (where necessary) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
o To support the data collection process by reviewing data entry (both digital and hardcopy).
o To export, analyse and distribute data where necessary, in both Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Service Support
o To liaise with external stakeholders with regards to marketing planning methods, distribution and brand consistency.
o To support the business to business marketing strategy as directed by the MCM.
o To contribute to the continuous development of the customer experience by obtaining feedback, producing case studies and generally supporting the overall needs of such customers.
· Project/Ad hoc Support
o Supporting the MCM together with the CDM and MD/Senior Managers in the development of new business ventures, policies and procedures.
o Coordinate/administer internal and external meetings, including the preparation of presentations, documentation or reports.
