To work within a team of Multichannel project co-ordinators who are responsible for organising the provision of quotations and completion of communication projects for our clients.
Key activities for the team include quoting for project work (Excel), liaising with the client/agencies. Instructing service delivery teams to ensure that all elements of the project are in place, completed on time, and comply with internal procedures and client service level agreements.
As Senior Project Coordinator you will also ensure the compliance of KPIs; be responsible for the ongoing planning of project workloads; facilitate the ongoing development of the team’s skill; assist with management reports, and ensure procedures are up to date and effective.
Previous experience in an administrative role.
This role will require strong administration and time management skills and will suit a methodical and logical multi tasker with the ability to work under project critical deadlines.
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, at all levels, is important to succeed in this role.
