  • QuickPages reaches new motor insurance customers through a unique direct mail directory targeted at drivers prior to their renewal dates

Main Purpose of Role

  • Managing and co-ordinating the production process of the QuickPages direct mail/marketing campaigns, from creative concepts to print and ensure that deadlines are met and artwork is correct prior to printing. 
  • Maintaining relationships with all suppliers by providing briefs, chasing delivery deadlines and processing amends to artwork.
  • Liaising with clients to provide artwork within specified deadlines; ensuring adherance to the specifications and responding to queries.
  • Upkeep of the QuickPages website with relevant information / amends as required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Knowledge and experience of the print/production process.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Efficient and effective proof reading skills.
  • Proactive approach, taking ownership of issues as and when they arise and be actively involved in problem solving to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Good communication skills at all levels.
  • Should be able to use computer programmes such as: Word, Excel and Outlook.
