Main Purpose of Role

 The Materials Assistant (Media Administrator) is responsible to assist in all aspects of developing course materials and products provided by the organisation to its clients and to assist the eLearning specialist in populating and editing courses on the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Check the formatting of materials and apply the appropriate templates (AMT’s or clients’ templates)
  • Prepare course materials for various courses
  • Ensure orders of materials and publications have been placed on time and assist with preparing printing orders
  • Assist with maintaining and building course on our e-learning platform (Moodle)
  • Update AMT’s CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Support the delivery of Webinars (Prepping the room, uploading online materials etc..)
  • Answer trainer, CSM, client queries
  • Format marketing, client meeting, RFP presentation documents
  • Assist with other ad hoc responsibilities

Skills and Experience Required


The skills & experience required:


  • 2-year experience of using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word extensively (advanced Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word 2010) – formatting / DTP skills a must
  • Experience in a busy office environment preferred
  • Intermediate Adobe Acrobat knowledge
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2010
  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook
  • Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) knowledge desirable
